Hewie has dedicated 38 years of his life in research to bring you

What I have done is to put a gash in the surface of mans known knowledge with the invention of a new tool to help
him understand that all the information he will ever need has already been here for 1,000's of years.
Human beings are incapable of changing certain aspects about themselves after they have been born.
My father worked on specialisation's regarding ancient languages, and he dragged me with him as he went all over the world.
It seemed natural that I might follow in his footsteps as I was interested in his work and wanted to help other human beings improve their lives.
Within 8 years I had broken the Time Code not realising what it was. It consists of the Personality Code, the Date Code
and the Day Code and it took me another 8 years to understand that everything and everybody anywhere in the world had exactly the same problems.
Every country and every nation regardless of language or creed was exactly the same.
I had broken the most valuable codes first but each time a vital piece was missing.
Then after getting divorced for the second time I found it. The Character Code.
I then included my broken codes with the individual character codes and all the information was there.
This lets us know we all have thousands of Perfect Partners world-wide. I know because I have checked.
I know that this information has already saved literally hundreds of people from making the wrong decisions where
personal partnerships are concerned and where people's lives are concerned I have been able to help lots of others.
My remaining two aspirations are to achieve a successful Internet site in the form of a Bureau of Information,
where people can find their Perfect Partners, as the information I have, I know no other business in the world has.
The other is to find my Perfect Female Partner, as her dates and times of birth are in the book.
